PACAP FOCAS in Surigao Del Norte officially started its operations in February 2005 and is programmed to end in February 2010. Granting that the strategic plans will be approved by the PACAP Advisory Committee (PAC) in August 2005, projects are also expected to be packaged during this month. A period of six months will be allocated before the end of the program to give time for Provincial FOCAS performance evaluation. All projects therefore should end in August 2009. Each individual projects will have varying periods of implementation from one year to a maximum period of three years. The latest acceptance of three-year projects therefore would be in September 2006 for it to end in August 2009 (see Project 4 above).
